Returns Policy

We accept returned product up to 30 days from the date of purchase and will issue a store credit towards invoice. Damaged products will be refused and returned to you. We are happy to return it back to you at our cost, however if you choose that you do not want the item, we will issue a 10% restocking fee. Please note that returns sent to us with no documentation will take longer than 48 hours to process. Properly executed returns are given priority over others. Accessories sold in original retail packaging will only be accepted in a condition that allows for it to be restocked. If torn, ripped or damaged in any way, the return will be refused. In the case your accessory is defective, please refer to the manufacturers warranty for replacement. We only provide labels for defective or non working items. If you are returning an item because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you must ship the item(s) back at your expense. These items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. If an iPad compatible screen is returned with adhesive or screen protectors removed it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. We highly recommend testing all iPad's prior to removing the adhesive and screen protectors.

How to do a return

These steps explain how to create a return. 

1. Log on to your account in your online store.
   
   
2. Your recent orders should be displayed. Click the View for the order you want to create a return for. 
   
   
3. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
   
   
4.  Choose the products to return and the quantity.
   
   
5. Select a return reason. (Currently supporting only DOA and overstock returns - no warranty.)
   
   

Warranty

At Cellular Excel we stand behind our high quality repair parts and offer a Life-time warranty (Must be in like "new" condition) on all manufacturer defects. Return your defective repair parts within warranty period and get a store credit (market value), guaranteed. Any item returned that is deemed working is subject to a 5% restocking fee if the client does not want it returned.  Lifetime warranty applies as long as you are a customer. If you are no longer purchasing from Cellular Excel with the same or similar volume as previously our warranty is only extended for 45 days!
